Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.
Grace period
A 15 minute grace period is allowed. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation.
No-show policy
If you don't show up to your scheduled appointment without notice, you'll be charged 100% of the full service price.
Travel
Lus can come to you! Travel fees are additional and vary by location. Please ask for travel pricing before booking.
